  6. TitleClock displays a clock in the top right corner of any screen,
  7. however, it does not open a window to do so, making it possible for
  8. TitleClock to seamlessly appear and dissapear as screens open and
  9. close.

  11. This version adds better customization of the time display with
  12. locale.library, and a few bug fixes.
